Got it cause of the zero spread on crypto, but not happy with the minimum-distance restriction on limit/stop orders. I thought this was an issue on the zero spread account but turns out it's also there on the standard accounts. I understand the nuances that make you have this restriction but the distance is just too wide for someone looking for quick scalps.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our cTrader accounts do not have minimum stop/limit distance levels, although spreads still apply. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! there are technical glitches that constantly occur when trying to execute trades. The charts are inconclusive where the market price would move, but there is no update on the candle, while I have an extremely fast and stable wifi connection. Customer support wanted screenshots of the technical glitches, but how can I be ready to know when the next glitch will occur so that I can take these screenshots for their horrible customer service. Stay away from this app!!!!!!!!!!!!

app is not bad, it's a good app. just that the support team are liars, I made a trade and lost all my funds, when I messaged one of the Customer support by name. Retention, she promised to give me a 100% discount in my next deposit, ever since then she hasn't responded, and now I lost my last money again while placing a trade. and the withdrawal button is too confusing. I'm rating it a 0 because of their customer support. not like the app is not good it is. but the admins are liars.
